Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair spaces and other accessible seating are sold through the Jaguars ticket office, which also helps guests who do not use a wheelchair but need special assistance. Construction affects the 2026 season: capacity drops to 42,465, most of the upper bowl (400 Level) is offline, and seats are also out of use in the 200 Level corners over the tunnels, select North End Zone rows, lower-level South End Zone seating, lower-level club seats and the Terrace Suite.

Buy wheelchair or other accessible seats through the Jaguars ticket office; availability may be limited, and guests may be advised to ask about accessible seating at the stadium on game day. On game day, visit the nearest Guest Services location to ask about relocating to an accessible seat with one companion (the full party may not be accommodated). Relocations are first come, first served and not guaranteed, so arrive early. Because of construction, the box office is closed on game days in 2026.

Arriving and getting in
Stadium lots, including accessible spaces, are sold in advance for the full season. Without an accessible pass, use the west drop-off at Gate 1 (enter Lot M from Georgia and Adams streets) or the east drop-off in Lot C. A golf cart shuttle serves Jaguars-managed lots for the guest and one companion. Wheelchair escorts at the perimeter gates take guests to their seats and back after the game. Elevators are in the East and West Clubs (club ticket required) and at Gate 4 in the South End Zone.

Other accessibility services
Assistive listening devices and sensory bags can be checked out at all Guest Services Booths. Closed captioning runs on smart devices through the team's app or a captioning website. A sensory room is on the plaza level at the south end of the stadium. Interpreters for select events need at least three weeks' notice. Trained service animals on a leash or harness are allowed; emotional support animals are not.
