Crypto.com Arena Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, how to get them, and getting in. From Crypto.com Arena's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena and is reserved for guests with accessible needs and their companions. Each accessible seat can be bought with up to three companion seats next to it; seats for additional guests are placed as close as possible to the accessible space, depending on availability. Guests who transfer from a wheelchair or other mobility device to a regular seat must store the device at Guest Services for the event.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible tickets are sold through the arena's official website (find the event, choose the ticket link, then Accessible Tickets) and at the arena box office; buyers should say they need accessible seating when ordering. Guests whose tickets are not in an accessible location can ask for relocation at Guest Services on the day of the event: across from aisle M12 on the Main Concourse (100, 200 and Premier Level tickets) or aisle U5 on the Upper Concourse (300 level). Relocation is subject to availability and first come, first served.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Designated parking for vehicles with a current state-issued disability placard or plate, including van-accessible spaces, is first come, first served; the arena's parking map shows the locations. Elevators reach all public areas of the arena. Guest Services provides free wheelchair escorts at any entry point on request, but staff do not stay with guests during the event and guests cannot keep the arena's wheelchair for the whole event.
Other accessibility services
Free assistive listening devices are at Guest Services across from aisle M12 (ID held as collateral). Real-time captions of PA announcements are available on phones at most sporting events. Audio description and, for select concerts, sign language interpreting need two weeks' notice. Sensory bags, weighted lap pads, quiet areas in First Aid and a Sensory Pod (Upper Concourse, Aisle 3) are offered. Leashed or harnessed service animals are allowed.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Crypto.com Arena decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
