Caesars Superdome Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, how to get them, and getting in. From Caesars Superdome's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
The venue lists wheelchair seating, semi-ambulatory seating and seats with removable armrests on the plaza level. Each accessible seat can be bought with one adjacent companion seat. The Saints say the 2024 renovation added ADA seating decks and new premium accessible options at several price points, without giving locations, so confirm the exact location with the Saints ticket office.
Getting accessible tickets
Saints tickets come from the Saints ticket office; the Superdome Box Office is walk-up only. Season ticket holders can arrange a move to wheelchair and companion seating before the game. Same-day exchanges are at the Saints box office at Gate A Ground (Saints games) or Guest Relations near Gate F, Plaza Level (other events). Exchanges are first come, first served; if no comparable seat remains, an upgrade may be offered and the guest pays the difference.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking on both sides of Sugar Bowl Drive and on level one of Garage 1A is first come, first served. Drop-off and pick-up for guests with disabilities is at Gate A Ground on Sugar Bowl Drive. ADA Greeters at every main entrance take guests by wheelchair to and from their sections, and limited loaner wheelchairs are at Guest Relations, Gate F Plaza Level. On Saints game days some elevators open to ADA guests only after team and media runs.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Caesars Superdome parking.
Other accessibility services
Free hearing assistance devices are at the Guest Relations Center, Gate F Plaza Level (a government photo ID is held until return). Free sensory bags with fidget toys and noise-cancelling headphones can be checked out there, and quiet rooms are available. Trained guide dogs, signal dogs and service animals are welcome. Sign language interpreters need at least 30 business days' notice.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Caesars Superdome decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
