Barclays Center Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, how to get them, and getting in. From Barclays Center's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Barclays Center has wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines on all levels, and all suites are wheelchair accessible. Arena team members can guide guests with limited mobility to their seats. Accessible seating is meant for a person with a mobility disability (or another disability that needs its features) and their companions; if such a ticket is sold or transferred to someone without a disability, the arena may move that guest. The arena does not publish a companion seat limit.
Getting accessible tickets
Accessible seats are sold online for each event through the arena's primary ticketing provider, subject to availability, or can be requested from the arena by email or voicemail with the event, number of tickets and sections wanted. If you already bought tickets and need an accommodation, go to Guest Services on arrival. All ADA seating relocations are subject to availability and may be very limited for some events, so the arena recommends buying accessible seats through its primary ticket providers.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
There is no on-site public parking and parking near the arena is very limited. The Access-A-Ride stop is on the south side of Atlantic Avenue between Ft. Greene Place and 6th Avenue, next to the arena. Drop-off zones are on Atlantic Avenue outside the VIP and Atlantic entrances and on Flatbush Avenue outside the Main Entrance. All entrances are ADA accessible. Elevators serve the Main Concourse, both suite levels and the Upper Concourse. Wheelchair assistance from the entrance is first come, first served.
Other accessibility services
Free assistive listening headsets are at Guest Services, play-by-play audio is on 97.5 FM, and induction loops are at the box office and Guest Services. Mobile captioning is offered for select events with a week's notice, and sign language interpretation on advance request. Free sensory bags and a sensory room near Section 17 are available. Trained service dogs or miniature horses are welcome; emotional support animals are not.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Barclays Center decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
