Bank Of America Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Bank Of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, how to get them, and getting in. From Bank Of America Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Designated wheelchair seating is spread around the stadium in eight sections: 105, 118, 125 and 138 in the lower bowl, and 522, 525, 531 and 534 in the upper level. The official accessibility pages do not say how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space or mention ambulatory seating, so ask the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office when booking.
Getting accessible tickets
Wheelchair seating is arranged through the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office, and single-game wheelchair seats are sold first come, first served. Fans who bought from the official ticket seller must request wheelchair seating the same way they bought the tickets. Season ticket exchanges need the account holder present. Fans who bought on the secondary market and need assistance should contact the ticket office as soon as they know. On game day, help is at any Guest Relations booth.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
There is no reserved accessible parking at the stadium. For Panthers games only, a shuttle for vehicles with an accessible parking placard runs from 720 E. Morehead St, starting about two hours before kickoff. Drop-off for guests with disabilities is at the corner of Mint and Morehead streets. ADA ramps are outside every gate, and elevators are at the North, East and South gates. Before the game, staff at benches near the Guest Relations booths at sections 109, 119 and 130 take guests to their seats by wheelchair.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Bank Of America Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Closed captioning runs on the 400 level ribbon board in four locations and is visible from every seat. Certified, leashed service animals are welcome. All restrooms are ADA accessible.
