AT&T Stadium Accessible Seating

Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, how to get them, and getting in. From AT&T Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.

Where the accessible seats are

Wheelchair and companion seating is available on all levels. Wheelchair platforms include Sections C111 and C112, 118 to 120, C136 and C137, 143 to 145, and 150, and the stadium's wheelchair seating page names the elevator to use for each one. The stadium's interactive map gives further directions to ADA platforms. The official pages do not state how many companion seats come with each wheelchair space.

Getting accessible tickets

For tickets, the stadium's accessibility page points to the stadium ticket office at Entry A on the northeast side. For seating relocations on event day, guests can ask an event staff member or visit a Guest Services booth on the concourse behind Sections 219, 244, 420 or 451. Misrepresenting a disability may lead to relocation, revoked tickets or removal from the stadium.

Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.

Arriving and getting in

Accessible parking is first come, first served and needs a state-issued placard or license plate. Drop-off zones are on the north side (Lot 1, off Randol Mill Road) and south side (Lot 6, off Cowboys Way), though post-game traffic may block pick-up there. Accessibility shuttles run from each team parking lot to the stadium and back after events, for the guest and one companion. Elevators are at Entries A, E and F and on every concourse. A limited number of wheelchairs take guests from the gates to their seats.

Parking passes for games here are sold separately: AT&T Stadium parking.

Other accessibility services

Guests without a smartphone can borrow a handheld assistive listening device (English and Spanish play-by-play) at any Guest Services booth. Captions run on channel 2 of all stadium monitors and on smartphones through the stadium's mobile captioning link. Sensory rooms and decompression areas are in the North and South Main Clubs and behind Sections 416 and 446. Service animals, including those in training, are welcome.

Finding accessible seats on StubOrder

Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. AT&T Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
