Arrowhead Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, how to get them, and getting in. From Arrowhead Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Wheelchair seating is on elevated platforms on each level of the stadium, with enhanced sightlines and TVs nearby for guests with visual needs. Up to one adjacent companion seat can be bought with each accessible seat, subject to availability. Limited mobility seating is in the last row of several seating sections, using aisle seats with a retractable or removable armrest.
Getting accessible tickets
To buy wheelchair seating, contact the Chiefs Ticket Office; the walk-up ticket windows at the stadium are closed. Companion seats are arranged through the Chiefs Fan Experience department. Guests who need to exchange current tickets for accessible seating should contact Fan Experience before event day, subject to availability, because same-day relocations cannot be facilitated. Holders of accessible seats who cannot attend may exchange them in advance for a standard bowl seat in the same price code, subject to availability.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Accessible parking is first come, first served at the front of Lots A, B, C, D, F, G, H and J for vehicles with a state-issued disabled plate or placard. Drop-off passes are requested before game day through Fan Experience. Mobility carts run from three hours before kickoff. Wheelchair attendants take guests to and from their seats at no charge and without a reservation; guests who need a wheelchair during the event are encouraged to bring their own. Tower Gate and the Ticket Office entrance have direct elevator access.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Arrowhead Stadium parking.
