Acrisure Stadium Accessible Seating
Where the accessible (ADA) and wheelchair seats are at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, how to get them, and getting in. From Acrisure Stadium's official accessibility information, checked September 30, 2026: official accessibility page.
Where the accessible seats are
Accessible seating is available on all levels of Acrisure Stadium. Wheelchair seating platforms throughout the stadium hold a guest using a wheelchair and one gameday companion, and one companion ticket is allowed per accessible seating request. Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be stored in the Guest Services rooms, so guests should be ready to move to accessible seating.
Getting accessible tickets
Check the official ticket seller for accessible seats first, then the Steelers Ticket Office (or the University of Pittsburgh Ticket Office for Pitt games). To exchange other tickets, submit the stadium's Accessibility Request Form early (the 2026 guide says ten days ahead, other stadium pages one week); approvals are emailed at least 48 hours before the event. Relocations depend on availability, with no specific section guaranteed, and Guest Services can advise on overflow options on event day.
Bought a resale ticket that is not in an accessible location? The Justice Department's ADA rules require a venue to exchange it for a comparable accessible seat if one is free when you present the ticket, so contact guest services early. See how accessible seating works.
Arriving and getting in
Drop-off points are at Art Rooney Avenue and Reedsdale Street by Gate B, and at the stadium's southwest corner across from the Kamin Science Center. Accessible parking is in nearby privately run lots and needs a valid placard or plate; arriving early is advised. All gates are accessible, with a dedicated accessibility lane at screening. Elevators are available for a guest with a disability and one companion. A limited number of wheelchairs are lent at the Guest Services kiosks at the gates, against a driver's license.
Parking passes for games here are sold separately: Acrisure Stadium parking.
Other accessibility services
Closed captioning is available on personal devices through the stadium's link or the team's app, or on request at any Guest Services room. Sensory packs can be borrowed from any Guest Services room, and staff are trained to help guests with sensory needs. Service dogs and miniature horses are welcome; the stadium encourages contacting Guest Services or completing the Accessibility Request Form in advance.
Finding accessible seats on StubOrder
Open an event and its seat map. Sellers mark accessible listings in the listing notes (for example "ADA accessible; these tickets allow for wheelchair access"), and where the seat map shows an ADA Accessible filter, it lists only those. Acrisure Stadium decides who sits in accessible seating, so check its policy before you buy. Accessible listings are few, and many events have none at a given moment.
