They can go either way. Of the 5,691 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 14, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 30%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Off Broadway are among the first to go for Saturday, December 5, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near Off Broadway link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

The hotels page for Off Broadway answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, December 5: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
