The nearest rooms are the hotels around Snappers Comedy Club, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Saturday, November 7. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

Steve Marshall has 3 more shows at Snappers Comedy Club, the next on Thursday, November 5.

They can go either way. Of the 5,223 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 13, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest.

The hotels page for Snappers Comedy Club answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, November 7: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
