No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). The nearest rooms are the hotels around Smoothie King Center, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Tuesday, December 8. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

They can go either way. Of the 882 games we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 14, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 54%, higher for 26%, and about the same for the rest.

The hotels page for Smoothie King Center answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Tuesday, December 8: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

NBA Cup has 2 more games at Smoothie King Center, the next on Friday, November 6. No other venue within 300 miles has a date. The nearest is Friday, November 13 at Toyota Center - TX in Houston, Texas (about 317 miles away), from about $13.00.
