The hotels page for Kia Center answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, October 17: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

They can go either way. Of the 4,782 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 12, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 31%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. This concert's cheapest ticket is 8% lower than when we started tracking it 47 days ago. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Kia Center are among the first to go for Saturday, October 17, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
