As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near The Bur Oak are among the first to go for Sunday, October 18, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near The Bur Oak link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

The hotels page for The Bur Oak answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Sunday, October 18: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with The Bur Oak or Josh Joplin Group, or any box office.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

No other venue within 300 miles has a date. The nearest is Thursday, April 8, 2027 at Haymarket Lounge At City Winery - Boston in Boston, Massachusetts (about 928 miles away).

The nearest rooms are the hotels around The Bur Oak, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Sunday, October 18. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

They can go either way. Of the 5,691 concerts and comedy shows we tracked into their final days (October 2 to October 14, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 30%, higher for 46%, and about the same for the rest. This concert's cheapest ticket has stayed within a few percent over the 49 days we have tracked it. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.

No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.
