Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.

If this game is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

Worth checking rather than assuming before Saturday, November 28: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.

The Colts do not run the lots around Lucas Oil Stadium: the general downtown lots and garages are managed by private operators, and single-game parking is sold online through the team's parking partner. Downtown has roughly 70,000 spaces, but supply near the stadium is limited, and the team recommends reaching downtown at least three hours before kickoff because of road closures, construction and heavy traffic.
