No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with Merrill Auditorium or How The Grinch Stole Christmas, or any box office.

If this performance is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.

Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Merrill Auditorium are among the first to go for Friday, November 20, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near Merrill Auditorium link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.

The nearest rooms are the hotels around Merrill Auditorium, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Friday, November 20. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.

How The Grinch Stole Christmas also plays Saturday, December 5 at Claremont Opera House in Claremont, New Hampshire (about 106 miles away); Wednesday, November 18 at Shubert Theater - CT in New Haven, Connecticut (about 212 miles away), from about $61.00; and Thursday, November 19 at Shubert Theater - CT in New Haven, Connecticut (about 212 miles away), from about $50.00. No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

The hotels page for Merrill Auditorium answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Friday, November 20: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
