Loading the seat map and live ticket prices…
Explore the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith seating chart section by section and choose where you want to be for Fences. About 181 tickets are listed for this date right now, starting about $29.00. Listings are posted by independent sellers who each set their own price, which is why one section can show very different figures and the odd outlier well above the rest. Set your budget with the price filter, and weigh a lower-level seat against a better-value one higher up.
Prices in the seat map are per ticket and set by professional resellers, so they can land above or below face value. The booking fee is already included in the listing price. Any applicable tax is added at checkout, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge, so check the order total before you pay. Any "from" figure elsewhere on this page is an estimated starting point drawn from the catalog feed, not an amount you can necessarily buy at. The seat map is what shows real, buyable prices.

How this price has moved
We have 4 price readings for this event going back 21 days. Over that time the lowest listing has ranged from $26.00 to $27.00. It has stayed within a few percent of where it started. At $27.00, our latest reading is the most expensive we have seen.
These readings are the lowest LISTING price before the booking fee; the booking fee, any tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are all added on top at checkout, so none of these figures is an amount you would pay. They are here to show movement, not totals. Sellers reprice at will, so past movement is a record of what happened, not a prediction of what happens next.

How are Fences tickets delivered?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
Where should I stay for Fences?
The nearest rooms are the hotels around Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, and the link on this page opens that list already priced for Monday, October 26. They are ordered by real distance from the venue, and every card shows that distance, so you can weigh walking back afterwards against a cheaper room you would have to drive to.
For Fences, can I walk to Lyric Theatre Hammersmith from a hotel?
The hotels page for Lyric Theatre Hammersmith answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Monday, October 26: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
Is StubOrder affiliated with Lyric Theatre Hammersmith?
No. StubOrder is an independent resale marketplace, based in Buffalo, New York, and selling tickets since 2006. It is not affiliated with Lyric Theatre Hammersmith or Fences, or any box office.

Do Fences ticket prices drop before the performance?

Of the 2,527 theater performances we tracked into their final days (October 3 to October 14, 2026), the cheapest ticket was lower by the day of the event than three weeks before for 13%, higher for 64%, and about the same for the rest. This performance's cheapest ticket has stayed within a few percent over the 21 days we have tracked it. To catch a drop, set the free price alert on this page and we will email you if it gets cheaper.
How many Fences tickets can I buy at once?
Each listing sets the quantities the seller allows, and the quantity menu offers only those options. Open a listing above to see its available quantities.
Are Fences tickets on StubOrder real?
Yes. Every ticket sold through StubOrder is guaranteed authentic and valid for entry, so it will scan, and we take that very seriously. If the venue ever reports a problem with your tickets, the 100% Buyer Guarantee covers you.
When should I book a hotel for Fences?
As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near Lyric Theatre Hammersmith are among the first to go for Monday, October 26, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near Lyric Theatre Hammersmith link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.
What happens if Fences is canceled?
If this performance is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
Are there hidden fees on Fences tickets?
No hidden fees. The price on every listing already includes the booking fee, and each listing's details show the split (for example, ticket $311.00 plus fee $62.20 is $373.20). Only sales tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are added at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.
