Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.

As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near The Sheldon Theater are among the first to go for Sunday, December 6, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. If this performance is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
