Loading the seat map and live ticket prices…
Explore the Magnolia Performing Arts Center seating chart section by section and choose where you want to be for Cortex. About 240 tickets are listed for this date right now, starting about $84.00. Prices here are set by the individual sellers rather than by StubOrder, so seats in a single section can vary widely and a few asks sit far above market. Set your budget with the price filter, and weigh a lower-level seat against a better-value one higher up.
Prices in the seat map are per ticket and set by professional resellers, so they can land above or below face value. The booking fee is already included in the listing price. Any applicable tax is added at checkout, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge, so check the order total before you pay. Any "from" figure elsewhere on this page is an estimated starting point drawn from the catalog feed, not an amount you can necessarily buy at. The seat map is what shows real, buyable prices.
How much is a Cortex ticket at The Magnolia Performing Arts Center on October 22, 2026?

How this price has moved
We have 7 price readings for this event going back 49 days. Over that time the lowest listing has ranged from $80.00 to $82.00. It has stayed within a few percent of where it started. At $80.00, our latest reading is the cheapest we have seen.
These readings are the lowest LISTING price before the booking fee; the booking fee, any tax and, on a small number of listings, a delivery charge are all added on top at checkout, so none of these figures is an amount you would pay. They are here to show movement, not totals. Sellers reprice at will, so past movement is a record of what happened, not a prediction of what happens next.

Where and when is Cortex?

How are Cortex tickets delivered?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. Delivery method varies by listing: most listings deliver electronically, by mobile transfer or instant download, and some are shipped as hard stock. Mailed tickets, and mobile tickets that a team or venue releases only closer to the date, take longer: the seller sends them as soon as they can, and they arrive before the event under the 100% Buyer Guarantee. The delivery type is shown on each listing before you buy, and a small number of listings add a delivery charge.
For Cortex, can I walk to The Magnolia Performing Arts Center from a hotel?
The hotels page for The Magnolia Performing Arts Center answers that property by property: every card is labelled walkable, a long walk, or drive or ride, against its real distance from the doors. Worth checking rather than assuming before Thursday, October 22: a downtown arena usually has several hotels within a few blocks, while a stadium off a ring road can have nothing within walking distance at all, and leaving on foot afterwards is usually quicker than queuing for a car or a ride.
How many Cortex tickets can I buy at once?

When should I book a hotel for Cortex?
As soon as the tickets are settled. Rooms near The Magnolia Performing Arts Center are among the first to go for Thursday, October 22, and what is left tends to cost more the closer it gets. The Hotels near The Magnolia Performing Arts Center link on this page opens already set to that night. Each room is labelled free to cancel, non-refundable, or terms shown at checkout, so you can pick a rate you are able to cancel if the plan changes.
Will my seats for Cortex be together?
Yes. Seats within a single listing are adjacent unless the listing notes say otherwise. If you want aisle seats, look for them in the listing notes when you choose your seats, or at checkout.
What happens if Cortex is canceled?
If this concert is permanently canceled, your order is refunded in full under StubOrder's 100% Buyer Guarantee, including the booking fee; only a delivery fee, which few listings carry, is not refunded, and shipped hard-stock tickets may need to be returned first. If it is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are normally honored for the new date.
